Pricing Questions
What happens after my trial?
You'll move to SkyConnect at $19/month. Cancel anytime before the 14 days are up and you won't be charged.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
Yes — your card starts the 14-day trial and is handled securely by Stripe, our payment processor. You're not charged during the trial; on day 14 it becomes $19/month unless you cancel first. Cancel anytime.
Do my students and renters pay anything?
No. Client mode is free — your students book, sign, submit readings, and pay your charges at no cost to them. You only pay the one subscription.
Is there a limit on planes or bookings?
No. Add every aircraft in the fleet and take unlimited bookings — the price doesn't change.
Can I subscribe through the iPhone app instead?
Yes. The subscription is also offered as an Apple In-App Purchase at Apple's pricing; subscribing on the web is the least expensive option.
Do you offer refunds?
Cancel before your 14-day trial ends and you won't be charged. After that, you can cancel anytime and won't be billed for the next period.
